一、学校简介

北京师范大学广安实验学校项目是岳池县完善城市功能、提升教育水平的招商引资项目，是部省共建广安、北师大携手广安的重要项目，是广安市教育体育局（广市教体办〔2015〕65号）批准同意设立的集幼儿园、小学、初中、高中一体化的全日制民办学校。2014年8月，岳池县人民政府与四川才华九龙建设工程有限公司签订了《办学协议》。2015年4月23日，北京师范大学、广安市人民政府、四川才华九龙建设工程有限公司签订了三方合作办学协议。

学校占地110亩，总投资2.8亿元，建筑面积75290平方米，分两期建设。2014年9月启动学校建设，2015年8月一期工程完工，目前正在加快二期工程建设。学校将建成教学大楼、实验室、图书馆、微机室、语音室、音乐室、美术室、形体训练室、室内体育馆、多功能室、综合办公楼、男女学生公寓楼、学生食堂等教学用房和教学辅助用房；配有标准体育运动场、塑胶田径场、篮球场、羽毛球场等活动场地，装备空调、多媒一体机等教学设备；学生公寓内有卫生间、空调、电话、衣柜、书桌、热水器等设备，全力打造市内硬件设施一流的学校。

2015年9月，学校正式开班行课，现有教职工150余人，其中，特级教师、高级教师、学科带头人、省市优秀教师、骨干教师60余人。2016年计划招聘教师100余名，其中，省内招聘特级教师、学科带头人、名优教师、骨干教师60名以上。学校聘请了教育专家顾问团队，借助北京师范大学优质教育资源，共享北京师范大学旗下50余所合作办学单位教学成果，与成都四、七、九中优秀教师联姻结对，倾力打造省内师资团队一流的学校。

学校现有学生900余人，教学班26个；2016年计划招生900人，开设教学班28个。学校实行小班教学，小学、初中班额不超过40人，高中班额不超过45人；开设“课程超市”，学生根据兴趣和爱好选择课程，实行“走班制”教学，最大限度地满足学生个性发展需要；实行“寄宿制”管理，优越的食宿条件，为学生学习生活提供舒适的环境；从小学一年级开始英语口语训练，推行“实验外语”教学；以国学经典诵读为切入点，大力开展国学经典教育；开展好“校园足球”活动，形成以足球为特色的优势项目；在小学、初中、高中一年级开设写字课，开办书法培训班，让学生都能写一手好字，为学生成才提供要素保障。

为优化北京师范大学广安实验学校教师结构，突出“实验外语”特色教学，提升队伍素质，拓宽学生国际视野，培养外语综合能力，特面向社会公开招聘外籍教师。

三、招聘条件、要求及待遇

（一）招聘条件

1.年龄在23-55岁之间，来自美国、英国、澳大利亚、加拿大等以英语为母语国家人员。

2.已获得大学本科以上学历。

3.有一年以上第二语言教学相关经验。

4.持有TESOL，Tefl，Tesl三证之一或有同等资质。

（二）岗位要求

1.每周至少完成26个课时（40分钟/课时），每月不少于100课时。

2.工作认真负责，不得无故迟到、早退、缺课。请假需履行学校相关程序。

（三）教师待遇

1.每月工资10000元左右。

2.合同履行期间法定节假日带薪休假，寒暑假视情况给以适当补助。

3.我校提供食宿，协助办理工作签证，并配有外事专管员协助工作。

4.完成一年合约后，学校将提供不超过8000元探亲机票补助。

The Guangan Experimental School of Beijing Normal University project is an investment- attracting project of Yuechi County to improve the city functions and improve education; it is also an important project for the Ministry of Education and Sichuan province to co-construct Guangan as well as an important project for Beijing Normal University to help with Guangan’s development. Under the permission of Guangan Educational Sports Bureau, the full-time private school was set up to provide education for the students from kindergarten to senior high school.

The school covers an area of 110 mu and after complete construction, there will be many buildings for education and assistant teaching, such as teaching buildings, laboratories, libraries, computer rooms, language labs, music rooms, art rooms, body training rooms, an indoor gymnasium, multi-function rooms, a comprehensive office building, male and female students’ apartment blocks, student dining rooms. Besides, the school will be equipped with a standard sports field, a plastic track and field, basketball courts, badminton courts and other venues; and it will be equipped with air conditioners, multi media and other teaching equipment. 2 NATIVE ENGLISH TEACHERS WANTED

Remuneration Package:

1. Salary: around 10,000 yuan RMB per month

2. No more than 8,000 yuan RMB worth of international airfare for one year duration.
