I always care so much about the food I eat, because my stomach is a little week, so I can’t eat the junk food all the time. The healthy food makes me keep fit so I eat it. Vegetable is very important, we should eat it every meal. The fruit contains a lot of vitamins, it is in need. The fish is best for me.
