养成早起的习惯最有助于成为一个勤奋的人，和其他很多好习惯一样，早起的习惯在人年轻时最容易养成。英语里有一句谚语：“时光一去不复返”。就是说每个人都应该勤奋工作，充分利用时间。一个人年轻时必须要努力学习才能取得巨大的进步，在生活中获得成功，成为对国家有用的人。因此，我们说：勤奋是成功之母。
