Running through May 31,the Regent Beijing is featuring a professional Indian chef offering Beijing residents and international travelers the best of what North Indian cuisine has to offer.
During Chef Manmohan's stay at the Regent Beijing, each month he will present a different short 'a la carte' menu at the hotel's all-day dining restaurant. Each set menu will showcase Indian favorites such as chicken tandoori or tikka, aloo gobi, naan bread, lamb vindaloo, palak paneer and various samossas along with lesser known dishes such as lamb rogan josh, masala papad, lamb kali mirch and sublime biryani rice dishes.
